What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 3pm and check-out is by 11am. Early check-in or late check-out depends on availability and fees may apply, so ask through Airbnb.
How does check-in work?
It's self check-in with a smart lock. You'll get the check-in guide through Airbnb on your arrival day.
Is there parking?
Yes, 2 free residential parking bays inside the building.
What baby and toddler gear is there?
A baby cot, high chair, baby bath, potty, kids' plates and cutlery, and toys and books, all listed on Airbnb. Guests also mention a bottle steriliser. If you need something specific, message the host before booking.
Can we use the pool and playground?
Yes. The pool and gym don't need booking. Other residence facilities, like the BBQ area and courts, must be booked 3 working days ahead and deposits or charges may apply. Pool rules are set by the residence and include proper swimwear, so pack the swimsuits.
Where do we buy groceries?
Eateries, mini marts and clinics are right below the building for the quick stuff. For a proper grocery run, AEON supermarket and Sunway Velocity Mall are both about a 14-minute walk away.
Is smoking allowed?
No. Smoking inside the apartment carries a RM500 penalty.
